Service Description

This dynamic, breath-centered class links movement and mindfulness through a creative sequence of poses. You’ll move fluidly from one posture to the next in rhythm with your breath, building strength, flexibility, and focus along the way. Expect a balance of challenge and release—flowing sequences, grounding stretches, and moments of stillness to reset body and mind. Open to all levels, with modifications offered throughout.
